*Day-to-day laundry washable on a machine. Excluding shirt, delicated and household linen. The Groom can refuse an item including in the laundry plan, according to the cleaning tag. Every kilo started is invoiced. Treatment within 3 working days.

Need a hem, no problem… Only 3 solutions ! You can either put pins for the Groom, take the mesures yourself and indicate precisely the number of centimeters or provide us with a similar article of your size as a model !

Simply have your package delivered to our headquarters and we will deliver it in the Groom Box locker you desire. Delays and rates The delivery of your package in the Groom Box closest to you is carried out within 24 hours after its reception in our headquarters. Your Name C/O Groom Box IMPORTANT ! Do not hesitate to give the Groom’s phone number (09.75.18.38.34) to your delivery service, they will only have to inform him so that he can receive your package.
Directly after you placed your dry-cleaning order, the Groom gives you your items back in your Groom Box bag/cover worth 5,50€. The next time you plan on using our service, turn it around and it becomes a dirty laundry bag ! Handy and intelligent, our bag/cover ensures a constant traceability of your items and is easy to carry around whether you are on a two-wheeler, driving or taking the metro. If you are leaving your company or moving away from the Groom, return him your bag/cover and he will reimburse you its full value, being 5,50€.
Packages
A flat rate of 2.70€ is counted for every package delivered.
ATTENTION ! The Groom is magnanimous but he cannot take delivery of a package involving custom charges.
